Bishop Ingram was born July 14, 1950 to the parentage of Sis. Ervie Lee Brooks and McKinley G. Ingram II in Longview, TX. He was rooted in the foundations of the Gospel at Bethel Temple Apostolic Church under the leadership of Pastor Timothy Young. He is married to Co-Pastor Mary H. Ingram and has 2 daughters, Jacqueline Rivers and Jodi Bullard , 1 son, Jimmy O’Steen and 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He retired from Raytheon Defense Systems/Texas Instruments after over 30 years.
He began his walk with Christ at First Apostolic Assembly under the Leadership of Bishop Nathaniel L. Hinton in 1983 and at Greater Faith Apostolic Church under the leadership of District Elder Edward J. West. He has served as the church custodian, Sunday School Teacher, Brotherhood President, choir member and FAA Male Choral group, Deacon, minister, Sunday School Superintendent and Assistant Pastor.
Later, in 1999, Bishop Ingram was led to establish Greater Deliverance Apostolic Church, and has been laboring in the vineyard for more 20 years. Bishop Ingram has also held positions such as Lay Director and District Secretary, Chairman at the state and local levels of the Texas State Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, and District Elders of the Northern District for 16 years.
